Properties and uses

"Special compound synergist for flue gas wet desulfurization" can also be called "wet compound desulfurization synergist", which is specially developed for power plant, steel plant, cement plant, etc.using limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process The product.

1. The compound desulfurization synergist reduces the mass transfer resistance by changing the nature of the gas-liquid contact interface;
2. Hydrogen ion transfer, promote dissolution of limestone, buffer pH fluctuations, maintain system stability, and improve desulfurization efficiency;
3. Inhibit the oxidation of sulfite at the absorption site and prevent the formation of mixed scale of sulfite and calcium sulfate;
4. Improve the dehydration rate of gypsum through rhetoric on the surface of calcium sulfate crystals.

Usage

1. Join once or in batches at the pit of the absorption tower. Specific plans can be proposed according to the actual situation of the power plant;
2. The dosage can be determined according to the actual operation of the desulfurization system, the general dosage is between 200ppm-1500ppm;
3. The pH of circulating slurry is controlled in 5.5 - 5.8,the desulfurization effect is better
